*MINORITY CAUTIONS EC OVER DECISION TO RE- RUN ABLEKUMA NORTH ELECTIONS.* The Minority Leader, Osahen Alexander Kwamena Afenyo Markin has cautioned the Electoral Commission over their decision to re-run the Ablekuma North constituency election in some polling stations. Commenting on the business statement for the week, Mr Afenyo Markin asked the EC, what changed to have a turn on their decision because they were on course to declare the Ablekuma North elections. He humbly asked the majority Leader to program the EC before the house to brief them on reasons why they changed their course. The Effutu lawmaker also raised the alarming increment of electricity tariffs almost 17% within six months when the NDC took over. "Just six months into power, you have increased electricity tariffs to 17%?
