*Deputy Minister Raise Concerns Over Court Actions and Judgement Debts* The Deputy Minister for Finance, Mr Thomas Ampem Nyarko has highlighted a worrying trend of court actions and judgement debts affecting the Ministry of Finance's accounts. Speaking before the Public Account Committee, he said issue arises when other government ministries, like the Road Ministry, award contracts and fail to pay, leading to contractors taking the government to court and resulting in judgement debts.
