The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) is facing difficulties in recovering tax debts from state institutions due to cash flow challenges.

Answering questions from the Public Account Committee in parliament Mr Anthony Kwesi Sarpong said these institutions claim that their inability to honor their tax obligations is a result of insufficient funds.

Cash Flow Issues. State institutions cite cash flow problems as the primary reason for their inability to pay taxes.

The GRA is struggling to recover debts from these institutions, which is affecting its revenue mobilization efforts.
