MINORITY DEMAND ANSWERS FROM DEFENCE MINISTRY FOR SENDING TROOPS TO BENIN AND JAMAICA WITHOUT PARLIAMENT APPROVAL The Minority Caucus in Parliament has questioned the move by Defence Ministry for sending military to Benin and Jamaica without Parliament approval. The Minority caucus demanded some answers from the government for that move. According to the minority, parliament is an August house that needs to be respected as rule of law so if government wants to take a key decisions you cannot ignore Parliament. Speaking to the media Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin South, Rev. John Ntim-Fordjour disagreed with the move by the Defence Ministry and demanded an answers on behalf of minority group.
