Minister Updates Parliament on Boankra Logistics Terminal Progress Ghana's Transport Minister, Hon. Joseph Bukari Nikpe, has informed Parliament that the Boankra Integrated Logistics Terminal project is advancing steadily. The project, aimed at extending seaport services to northern Ghana and landlocked countries, has achieved 50.54% overall physical progress. Phase one, which includes a bonded warehouse, roads, drainage, container yard, and fire station, is 83% complete.
