EPA TO CELEBRATE CLIMATE CHANGE
Dr. Emmanuel Tachie Obeng the Acting Director of Climate Change Unit at the Environmental and Protection Agency (EPA) has cautioned Ghanaians to change their minds and attitudes towards activities that will destroy our environment.
Engaging the media he noted that, Ghana may be an uncomfortable country to live in if we keep destroying our good water, farming lands and trees to provide oxygen.
We might all die if these three are not protected.
The Environmental protection agency as part of its annual sensitization programme to educate Ghanaians on the need for protecting the environment and natural resources has scheduled a week-long programme for the 2024 edition.
The theme for this year's Programme is GREENING EDUCATION - CHANGING MINDSET, CHANGING LIFESTYLE. The programme is said to start from Monday 14th October to Friday 18th October.
