SPEAKER DECLARES FOUR PARLIAMENT SEAT VACANT 

Alban Bagbin after seeking two days to rule over the declaration of some parliamentary seats vacant has finally come out with his ruling and declared the Amenfi Central Hon Peter Yaw Kwakye Acha NDC MP,  Fomena Hon Andrew Amoako Asiamah second deputy speaker, Suhum MP Hon Kwadjo Asante, Agona West MP Hon Cynthia  Mamle Morrison constituencies vacant.

Commenting on  the speaker's ruling, the Majority leader Hon Alexander Afenyo Markin led his caucus to  stage a walk out after expressing his displeasure to the speaker.

In a press briefing Mr Alexander Afenyo Markin stated that the action from the speaker clearly shows some conspiracy between the speaker and the minority to complete their NDC bids.

He added that the majority caucus will not sit in Parliamentary proceedings until supreme Court has given it ruling on the matter
