*10 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CHRISTIAN COUNCIL LED NATIONAL CATHEDRAL COMMITEE TO PRESENT TO THE PRESIDENT OF GHANA*

To blamelessly build and manage to cathedral project without future political interferences,abuses and unnecessary attacks,......

1. The Christian bodies should adopt the former president Akufo Addo initiated National Cathedral project, for all the Christian community( irrespective of political party affiliations) and for National benefit.

2. The National Cathedral Secretariat office must be removed from under the Office of the President to be an Independent Institution.

3. The Christian bodies must unite to build national cathedral with its own funds in collaboration with government.

5. The Source of funds to board of trustees of National Cathedral project must be from the independent Christian Community and not public taxpayers money

6. The source of salary of staff of the National Cathedral Secretariat must be from the Christian Community and not from public Taxpayers money.

7. The Appointing Authority of board of trustees of the cathedral project must be the Christian bodies and not the President of Ghana(a politician) 

8. The National Cathedral must be owned strictly by the Christians and reject any co-ownership attempts by any non-Christian religion.

9. The Venue of the NDC government initiated annual national day of prayer and thanksgiving service should be relocated  from the Forecourt of the statehouse to the NPP government initiated National Cathedral project Site for prayers  on land and to achieve National Unity.

10. During the annual national day of prayer and thanksgiving service, a separate offering can be taken specially for the Christian National Cathedral project. as part of generating funds from the Christian community to build the cathedral
