Otumfour Prempeh I on board ship bound for exile in the Seychelles, 1896. 

Knowing of his position as Asantehene; the power he wielded, and the Great Men and Women who were behind, though he was leaving to an Unkown Land ..... The King kept his composure, with dignity and elegance; as would be required of an Asantehene. 

Even on the ship ; the Kingdom of Asante was extended to it. 

We have been fearless even in the face of adversaries. 

The then young King had taken one of the most important  decisions for the good of Asanteman. 

What will you also do ? ..... will it bring pride to the Kingdom ?
