The Africa Center for the study of worldviews and wholistic development of societies has said Africa's vast natural and human resources cannot  help the continent to develop unless the people change their negative mindset and be hardworking , honest , selfless , patriotic , environmentally conscious , law-abiding and God- fearing. Dr Christopher Ampedu Executive Director of the Center made the comment in Accra.
